Live Delivery Guarantee & Conditions
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms outlined in this Live Delivery Guarantee & Shipping Policy. Failure to comply with these terms voids all guarantees, replacements, and claims.
Our responsibility is limited to ensuring live delivery—ongoing care and survival are the customer’s responsibility.
1. Standard Worm Orders
We guarantee live delivery only when all conditions below are strictly followed:
- You must be present at the time of delivery OR request a “Hold at Post Office” prior to shipment.
- If a package is left unattended (mailbox, porch, doorstep, or outdoors), the Live Delivery Guarantee is immediately void.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or handling errors once the package is in transit.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring timely receipt of the shipment.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims – Standard Orders
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery confirmation
- You must provide clear photo or video evidence, including:
- The worms
- Original packaging
- Shipping label
- Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without proper proof will be denied
Resolution:
- We will replace the affected worms one (1) time only

2. Bulk Worm Orders – Live Arrival Guarantee
All bulk worm orders are shipped “Hold for Pickup” ONLY at your local post office to ensure live arrival.
By placing a bulk order, you agree to the following:
- Orders must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival
- Bulk shipments are not eligible for home delivery
- Leaving a bulk order unclaimed or delayed will void the guarantee
DOA Claims – Bulk Orders
To qualify for replacement:
- You must notify us within 2 hours of pickup
- You must provide clear photo/video proof in original packaging
Failure to meet any requirement results in voided guarantee and no replacement
3. Shipping & Handling Conditions
- Delivery timelines (typically 2–3 days) are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors
- Orders will be shipped from Valdosta, Georgia to maintain supply and quality
- Worms may arrive slightly dehydrated or smaller, and will recover after rehydration
- Worms are packaged in breathable bags with peat moss for transit protection
4. Weather & Fulfillment Policy
- We reserve the right to delay or withhold shipments due to extreme weather conditions
- We do not ship in temperatures of 90°F (32°C) or above to protect live delivery
- Tracking details are sent when the order is shipped, check your email (if an email is provided)
5. Address & Order Responsibility
- Any address changes after order placement void the Live Delivery Guarantee
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Customers assume full responsibility once:
- Delivery is marked complete (standard orders), or
- Package is marked ready for pickup (bulk orders)
6. Sales, Packaging & Miscellaneous

No refunds are issued for worm shipments
- Replacement shipments are limited to one (1) per order only
- BOGO or promotional orders may be combined for shipping efficiency
- Separate packaging requests may void promotional pricing
- Non-worm items may ship separately via different carriers
