At Meme’s Worms, we value transparency and fairness in every order. Whether you purchase composting materials, soil enhancers, or accessories, our goal is to ensure every product meets your expectations.
Damaged or Faulty Orders
If your composting materials or supplies arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can review your case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
For all other products, we’ll promptly replace or refund any defective or incorrect items. If any part is missing, we’ll send replacements at no additional cost.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive the wrong item, we’ll ship the correct one or issue a full refund immediately after verification.
Lost or Missing Package
If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 5 days. We’ll contact the carrier, investigate, and issue a replacement or refund once confirmed.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once composting materials are shipped, we cannot accept returns due to their organic nature.
Unused and unopened products can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Changed Your Mind?
If you wish to cancel for personal reasons, please contact us before shipment. We value your feedback and aim to improve with every order.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Organic composting materials cannot be returned once opened due to their perishable nature.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
