Damaged or Faulty Orders
For Worm Orders:

Worms arrived dead? We donāt offer refunds for live worms, but we do replace them under our Live Arrival Guarantee (conditions apply).

Wrong worm species? Weāll send the correct ones right awayāour bad.

Not sure if your worms are healthy? Give us a call. Weāll help troubleshoot and figure out the next steps.
For Non-Worm Products:

Item damaged or defective? Weāll replace it or issue a refundāyour choice.

Missing parts? Weāll ship replacements at no extra cost.

Packaging issues? We pack everything in-house, but if somethingās not right, let us know. Weāll make it right.
Received the Wrong Item?
Oops! If we sent the wrong product:

Worms: Weāll always replace them with the correct species or quantity.

Non-worms: Weāll ship the correct item or issue a refundājust let us know.
Package Never Arrived?
Start by checking your tracking number (emailed to you when the order shipped). If itās marked ādeliveredā but didnāt arrive:
- Weāll contact the carrier and investigate.
- If your package was lost or undelivered, weāll arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Worm Orders:
- Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us before it ships. Once your worms are on the way, we canāt make changes or accept returns (worms donāt handle round trips well).
Non-Worm Products:
- Exchanges are allowed. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility.
