Shipping policy

At Meme’s Worms, we know you’re counting on your composting materials to arrive in great condition—fresh, healthy, and ready to enrich your soil. That’s why we take extra care in how we prepare, pack, and ship every order to ensure product quality and performance.

When We Ship

We ship composting products every Monday and Friday using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, whichever best suits your area and weather. Orders placed before midnight (local time) the night before will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

During extreme weather or major holidays, we may briefly delay shipments to ensure all composting materials arrive in good condition.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping (continental U.S. only). Tracking details will be emailed once your package ships.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping applies to most products, except large equipment (trommels) or bulk organic materials (10 lbs +). For oversize items, shipping is calculated at checkout. Contact us for custom shipping quotes:

Product Condition Assurance

We guarantee all composting materials and supplies arrive in good, usable condition.

• Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

• If something is damaged, contact us within 2 hours with photos.

• We’ll review and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

How We Pack

Every order is hand-packed for safe transport. Composting materials are placed in breathable packaging with protective fillers to maintain freshness and prevent moisture issues during transit.

Other Products

Composting bins, soil enhancers, and accessories ship via UPS or USPS and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Special Instructions

If you’d like your package held at the post office or have unique delivery needs, add a note at checkout or contact us.
