Bulk Worm Orders – Live Arrival Guarantee Terms
All bulk worm orders are shipped “Hold for Pickup” at your local post office to protect the health of live animals during transit.
By placing a bulk order, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Required Pickup Window
Orders must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival at the post office.
2. No Porch Delivery
Bulk orders are not eligible for delivery to your address and must not be left unattended. This policy is in place to prevent loss due to heat, cold, or delays.
3. Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Claims)
To qualify for a replacement due to Dead on Arrival (DOA):
- You must contact us within 2 hours of picking up your order
- You must provide clear photo or video evidence at the time of notification
- Proof must show the condition of the worms in the original packaging
4. Failure to Comply
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in the Live Arrival Guarantee being void, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
5. Customer Responsibility
Once the package is marked “available for pickup,” the customer assumes responsibility for timely retrieval and proper handling.
